Privacy & data transparency

We collect very little, and what we collect, we tell you about. This page is the whole policy — there is no longer version.

Who is responsible

The controller under Art. 4(7) GDPR is:

Thomas Sittig
Adolphstraße 16a
50679 Cologne
Germany
Email: hello@coliving-costa-blanca.com

The full legal notice is in the imprint.

What we collect

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp). These rotate out after thirty days and are used for capacity planning and security. We do not link them to any other data.

If you contact us by email, we keep your message for as long as the thread is active and for one year after.

There is no signup form, no account and no comment box. The search box only searches this site; what you type ends up in the server log of that request and nowhere else. That is all.

Analytics & tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless and aggregate — it does not set tracking cookies, follow you across other sites, or build a profile that identifies you personally.

We do not use Google Analytics. We do not use Facebook Pixel. We do not use any third-party advertising network. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

If you see a cookie banner on this site, something has gone wrong and we'd like to know about it.

Your rights

Under GDPR and analogous regimes, you have the right to:

  • Ask what we hold on you
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to send it to you in a portable format

We respond to requests within thirty days. We will not ask you to prove identity unless we have reason to doubt one — at which point we will ask only for the minimum we need.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one where you live or work.
